Job Title : Physical Therapist (Licensed)

Job Duration : Ongoing

Shift : Day 8 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM, 1 day a week (flexible timing)

Must-Have :

  • Ability to evaluate clients by administering tests and measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait and functional analysis, neurological)
  • Ability to determine individual rehabilitation program needs
  • Skills in preparing, transmitting, and maintaining measurement and assessment records

Job Description :

  • Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of client's rehabilitation
  • Report tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested
  • Participate in writing and presentation of individual client treatment plans
  • Formulate goals and plan appropriate physical therapy treatments
  • Plan periodic reassessment of client progress and revise plans as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education and in-service training
  • Engage in research projects and program development
  • Participate in training of pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students and physical therapy assistants, as well as licensed physical therapy assistants and therapy aides
