After more than a century in business, this Worcester CPA firm is entering its next chapter. Several long‑standing partners are preparing for retirement, which means there is real space for new leaders to step in and shape what comes next.

You will join a 20‑person team where people genuinely like what they do and who they do it with. The managing partner has been here since he was 23. He stayed because the firm feels different. It is ambitious without being corporate, serious about quality but not about ego.

The firm handles a mix of corporate, individual, trust, and nonprofit work. Clients range from manufacturers to real estate groups, physicians, and high‑net‑worth individuals. You will see real complexity and own meaningful client relationships from the start.

Work here is structured, not suffocating. Busy season averages around 55 hours a week, with flexibility around families and life outside of work. In quieter months, the average is closer to 36. The team is mostly in‑office, because they prefer it, but you are entitled to 2 days a week from home. There is no rigid billable target, just a shared understanding that everyone pulls their weight.
