Pay & Schedule

• Competitive pay : $18.00 - $25.00 an hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, flexible, or part-time schedule designed to fit around school or other commitments (but must be during business hours not nights or weekends)

What You'll Do

• Assist in designing duct systems and HVAC equipment layouts for new construction projects
• Help prepare and update design drawings, diagrams, and schematics
• Verify calculations and assist with ensuring designs meet building codes
• Support ordering of HVAC equipment and materials
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and installers
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, inventory, and documentation
• Gain exposure to the full HVAC design process and grow your technical skills

What You Bring

• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills : familiarity with design or drafting software is helpful but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
