Illinois Licensed Litigation Associate

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of defense litigation matters including medical malpractice, construction, contract disputes, and personal injury defense

Assist with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy

Collaborate directly with partners and firm leadership in a flexible work environment

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Illinois

Open to all levels of experience

Minimum of 4 years of medical malpractice experience required for full remote work

Prior defense litigation experience preferred
