Job Description

The Registered Nurse provides optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the nursing process. The incumbent is accountable for individualized patient outcomes and provides comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families or caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate care between other professionals as needed.
• Provide care for a patient population that includes treatment of various medical and stable telemetry diagnoses.
• Work collaboratively with ancillary staff such as Rapid Response Teams, phlebotomists, and therapists.
