WHAT YOU’LL DO :

As a Service Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced at Pape’. As a Service Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced at Pape’. You will be responsible for managing the daily flow of work in and out of the shop service department. Key duties include assigning shop repairs, creating and following up on repair quotes, invoicing shop repairs and delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will also support the Shop Lead in coordinating both customer and internal repairs.

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the team.

WHAT YOU NEED :

  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team.
  • Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred.

Compensation : $20.61-29.88 / hr (Depending on Experience)
