Professional Matchmaker – Nashville Singles

Full-Time | In-Person | Nashville, TN (West End Ave.)

Are you confident, compassionate, and unshakable under pressure? Nashville Singles is seeking a  Professional Matchmaker (Client Services Specialist)  to work directly with clients both  in person and by phone , guiding them through their search for meaningful relationships.

This is an emotionally engaging role that requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to set firm yet kind boundaries.

What You’ll Do

Meet with clients in person and by phone to coach, guide, and support their matchmaking journey

Curate personalized introductions that reflect compatibility and shared values

Handle emotional situations with patience, confidence, and composure

Present membership upgrades and services with honesty and professionalism

Maintain accurate client records and provide ongoing feedback

Collaborate with fellow matchmakers to meet and exceed team goals

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience  in customer service, client relations, counseling, or coaching

Exceptional people skills and emotional intelligence

Comfortable setting and maintaining professional boundaries

Confident communicator—able to manage challenging or emotional conversations

Organized, reliable, and motivated to help others find meaningful connections

Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift
