California Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Work collaboratively with team members and maintain routine communications with clients

Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school

Active bar license in the state of California

8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation

Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred

Proficiency in MS Suite and ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
