Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing a range of visual assets, including but not limited to monthly campaign assets, local studio marketing requests, print, and digital materials across our B2B and B2C lines of the business. The Graphic Designer will ensure that all visual designs align with company branding and messaging.  This is a hybrid role.

Essential Duties :

Create cohesive brand visuals : follow brand standards to ensure a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the brand’s identity and messaging across all platforms.

Creative Conceptualization : Conceptualize and design innovative graphics for digital and print campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand’s goals and aesthetics.

Compelling Design : Create compelling designs for marketing materials including social media video reels / content, email campaigns, print materials.

Collaboration : work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and design effective promotional materials and campaign.

Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understand their needs, present concepts, and gather feedback for iterative improvement.

Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for both design and development projects to ensure the highest standards are met.

Strategic Planning : Participate in strategic planning sessions to align design and development projects with the brand's goals and objectives

• Social Media : Conceptualize and design compelling social media videos, static images, and motion graphics that engage audiences and reflect brand identity
• Paid Social Media : Develop on-brand video and static ads optimized for performance
• Email : Design monthly email assets that align with company branding and campaign goals
• Print :   Create high-quality print assets such as posters, flyers, handouts, and in-store signage that are consistent with monthly campaign messaging
• App : Design cohesive app banners, promotional graphics, and in-app visual that maintain brand consistency and support campaign objectives
