Real Estate Appraiser for Property Tax – Senior Associate

As a Real Estate Appraiser for Property Tax, Senior Associate, you will assist clients with managing property tax valuation analysis and assessment reviews for potential property tax appeals. Working in a team environment you will engage in client and property tax assessor consultations.

Preferred experience and required qualifications are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree is required with professional degree a plus – Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, etc.

• Appraisal Designation and/or State Real Estate License with Commercial License a plus

• Property Tax experience a plus

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) a plus

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to grow strong team relationships

• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally

• Experience with emerging technologies / software a plus.
