A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - RN.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities of nurse reviewers and ensure contract deliverables are met
Assess and manage daily workload, adjusting schedules as necessary
Monitor quality and productivity of nurse reviewers, implementing improvement plans as needed
Required Qualifications
Active RN licensure
ASN or equivalent nursing education
Minimum of 2+ years of New York IDR experience
Previous workload management experience
Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare field (preferred)
