We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for facilitating projects from inception to completion while ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating various aspects of projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and document project requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in resource allocation.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
