Position Summary

The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role will provide insights into business performance, support decision-making for executives and private equity sponsors, and drive initiatives to improve profitability and growth. The Director will partner closely with the CFO, Controller, operations, and PE sponsors to build a best-in-class FP&A function capable of supporting a dynamic, high growth business.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead annual budget, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop financial models to support growth initiatives.
• Business Performance & Analytics : Provide reporting and insights on revenue, margin, and operating costs. Analyze KPIs and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strategic Finance & PE Partnership : Partner with CFO and PE sponsors on board presentations, lender reporting, and value creation initiatives. Support M&A modeling and integration.
• Collaboration & Business Support : Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain leaders to drive performance improvements. Translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Systems & Process Improvement : Implement FP&A tools, dashboards, and automation to improve forecasting and reporting. Enhance accuracy and scalability of FP&A function.
• Business Intelligence : Own data and business intelligence to provide real time data and analytics across the business.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation support during due diligence. Partner with corporate development and business leaders to assess synergies, integration costs, and long-term value creation. Build acquisition and integration budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking models. Provide post-close reporting on deal performance, synergies achieved, and ROI against investment theses.
