• We are building a pipeline of entry-level and early-career financial professionals in anticipation of upcoming FAA PMO contract opportunities.
• The Financial Analyst will support FAA programs by performing financial tracking, budget analysis, and reporting under the guidance of senior staff.
• This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop federal financial management and PMO experience.
• This position is not currently funded, but qualified candidates will be considered for future opportunities as new FAA contracts or task orders are awarded.
• Key Responsibilities Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and execution tracking for federal PMO programs.
• Support development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and cost analyses.
• Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for program leadership.
• Track obligations, expenditures, and funding adjustments across multiple accounts.
• Assist in budget formulation and justification documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal financial management policies and agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with program and technical teams to align budgets with program objectives.
