Production Associate - Packing

Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Production Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for packing products into tins on our production line. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is necessary - we will provide all the training you need!

This is a first shift / daytime role that is temp to hire.

Responsibilities :

Accurately pack products into tins according to quality standards and production quotas.

Inspect products and packaging for defects, ensuring high-quality output.

Seal, label, and prepare finished tins for shipment.

Monitor production line and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.

Assist with other production or assembly tasks as needed.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

No prior experience necessary - training will be provided.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Basic dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $14.00
