About the Role
Game Product Strategy - Early Career role is designed for high-potential individuals who want to push their growth through real, hands-on experience in the gaming industry.
You will take on a series of challenging, high-impact projects across game-related functions. Each assignment is designed and guided by our senior leadership team - including Country Head and Game Leaders.
You will learn how to evaluate the performance of existing game features and live operations through real player behavior, and how to improve player experience and business outcomes through in-game and operational optimizations.

What You’ll Do
Work on product and live operations projects supporting games across the Americas, with a strong focus on Latin American markets, where scale, player diversity, and engagement dynamics make product and live operations decisions especially impactful.
Execute critical projects across areas such as game operations, player experience, marketing, esports and so onWork under the mentorship of senior leaders, with project goals and scopes directly crafted by the Product Management LeadersHandle end-to-end execution : from planning and coordination to problem solving and performance trackingPossible rotation across functions – with each project being designed to be long enough for you to create real impactTake ownership of measurable outcomes, often tied to real business results, from revenue-driving campaigns to product feature rolloutsLearn the inner workings of the gaming business by taking part in the actual running of itReceive dedicated coaching and frequent performance feedbacks to accelerate your developmentAnalyze player behavior, product performance, and market signals to understand why features or systems succeed or struggleTranslate observations and data into clear product or operational recommendations that inform real decisionsPartner with regional and global teams to adapt in-game features, live events, and operational approaches to better serve players in different marketsJob Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates at an early stage of their careers and a strong academic background with a degree from a reputable universityExceptional logical and structured thinking; comfortable working with data and breaking down complex problemsFluent in both English and Spanish, with Spanish required to understand player behavior, community context, and market dynamics across Latin AmericaClear and confident communicator, with the ability to work well in teamsProactive and gritty – you’re not afraid of hard work or starting from the ground upPassion for games – you understand game mechanics and enjoy discussing strategy with fellow players.Prior experience in gaming is not required, but candidates with relevant exposure or background will be an advantageInterest in developing product sense and learning how player insight translates into concrete product and operational decisionsWork Authorization
