We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Manager to oversee client accounts ensure strong client satisfaction and support ongoing business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful professional relationships identifying client needs and ensuring the delivery of top-tier service at every stage.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring consistent and proactive communication.

Build maintain and strengthen client relationships to support long-term engagement.

Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Monitor account performance identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.

Prepare reports presentations and documentation to support client meetings and business reviews.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support growth initiatives.

Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries requests or concerns.

Qualifications :

Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
