LHH is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Centennial! This will be a on site contract to hire opportunity with our client!

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to a department or individual. Responsibilities include preparing and editing documents, managing files and records, answering and directing phone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and conferences. Additional duties may include maintaining financial records, ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, and assisting with special projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
