Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time | Clinic-Based | Grain Vallet, Missouri

We are a collaborative and innovative multidisciplinary team offering integrated therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges. Our team includes professionals from ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech & Language Therapy, all working together to deliver comprehensive, play-based, and child-centered care.

We are passionate about early childhood intervention and are seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) who share our mission to create inclusive and supportive environments for children and families.

Location :

We have three clinic locations across the Kansas City area , including Grain Valley, MO and Liberty, MO .

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Provide direct therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Educate and consult with families and staff on communication development
  • Supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Attend team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
  • Participate in the use and training of assistive communication technologies

    • Requirements :

  • Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Missouri
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
  • Strong ethics, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
