A company is looking for a CPU-focused Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding for new CPU customers, including environment setup and architecture validation
Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact, conducting regular technical reviews and QBRs
Identify opportunities for account growth and customer adoption of additional services
Qualifications
3-5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud networking, and compute orchestration
Experience with containerization and CI / CD pipelines
Significant hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Experience with IaaS pricing and usage optimization is a plus
