The University is a private institution in the Catholic tradition with campus locations in Philadelphia and Newtown PA. Position Summary
The School of Arts and Sciences invites applications for a full-time Associate Professor of Counseling Psychology, with a start date of August 2026. All employees must understand the mission of Catholic higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals, and objectives of Holy Family University.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in graduate teaching and be enthusiastic about engaging students in interdisciplinary approaches to contemporary issues.
The successful candidate should have demonstrated excellence in teaching higher education. Although the area of specialization is open, the department seeks a candidate who will be able to teach classes in the Master’s in Counseling Psychology program which delivers courses in-person in the evenings, online synchronous, and in fully online asynchronous. It is expected that the successful candidate will maintain a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
