Ferguson has an exciting opportunity for a Business Finance Analyst supporting the Supply Chain Department. This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and executive leadership throughout the organization.

Location: This role is approved for hybrid work out of our corporate offices in Newport News, VA, according to company policy.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain critical financial analytical tools.
• Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist in preparation, entry and updates of budget and forecast.
• Develop, deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.
• Understand the financial results to help identify ways of improving productivity, efficiency, and facilitating profitable growth.
• Collaborate with adjacent finance departments, fellow field finance and sourcing team members, and other areas of the business (IT, Facilities, HR, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Finance Analyst or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Experience in Oracle, Azure, Anaplan and Power BI platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment of hard-working colleagues.
• Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.

Pay Range: $4,500.00 - $7,333.70 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
