IT Asset Management Program Manager

A company is looking for an Asset Management Program Manager, responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Track and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through retirement, ensuring accurate inventory and documentation

Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and internal policies while developing and refining ITAM processes

Collaborate with various teams to align asset management strategies with organizational goals and generate reports on asset utilization and compliance status

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in IT asset management or a related IT operations role

ITAM or ITIL certifications are a plus

Strong knowledge of ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Flexera, JAMF, SCCM)

Familiarity with hardware lifecycle practices and procurement processes
