Chandler Behavioral Health, a leading provider in mental health services, is looking for dedicated Crisis Responders to join our dynamic team! As a counselor, you will be at the forefront of providing immediate, life-changing support in mobile crisis and crisis stabilization.

Were hiring Part-Time, and PRN Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) for our Mental Health Services division, with a focus on Mobile Crisis Response, and Community Stabilization. These short-term interventions play a pivotal role in stabilizing individuals during a mental health crisis and connecting them to long-term support. Candidate must currently have the mandated mobile crisis training certificate.

What youll do :

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in crisis, helping them regain stability and continue their journey toward recovery.
• Lead de-escalation techniques and engage in impactful, compassionate communication.
• Work within individualized service plans to provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the persons needs.

The role will serve individuals in Richmond and surrounding areas, including Henrico, Mechanicsville, Hanover, Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg, Hopewell, Dinwiddie, Colonial Heights, and Midlothian.
