Are you an experienced RN leader with a passion for critical care and system improvement? Join a leading full-service hospital, recognized for excellence in advanced stroke and Trauma treatment , as our new Trauma Program Manager (TPM) .

This is a high-visibility, full-time position responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) of a designated Trauma Program. You will drive clinical excellence and compliance across the continuum of care.

What You Will Do

As the TPM, you will oversee the full scope of trauma services, including :

• Clinical Leadership : Plan, develop, and evaluate clinical protocols and processes to ensure optimal care for critically injured patients.
• Quality & Compliance : Lead the Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) process, manage the Trauma Registry, analyze data, and ensure continuous compliance with all state and national trauma designation standards.
• Operational Management : Manage the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing needs for the Trauma Program.
• Education & Outreach : Develop and deliver specialized trauma education for clinical staff and participate in community injury prevention initiatives.
• Collaboration : Serve as the key liaison between the trauma program, medical staff, administration, and regional trauma centers.
