Description
- Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, Income, Sales and Cost approach analyses.
- Lead and advise staff of appeal processes
- Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review / discuss client needs
- Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions
- Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients
- Review and approve invoices
