Title : CT Technologist

Location : Elkins, WV

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights, 312-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM)

Job Responsibilities :

Perform CT imaging studies in accordance with established protocols.

Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment (GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba) and utilize PACS systems.

Prepare and administer contrast media and ensure adherence to safety and isolation precautions.

Start peripheral IVs as needed for contrast injections.

Perform CT exams including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, neck, and musculoskeletal imaging (cervical, lumbar, thoracic).

Provide imaging services for patients across all age groups (neonate through older adult).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary radiology staff to support patient care.

Participate in occasional on-call coverage (typically no more than 1 day per week).

Work in both adult acute care and outpatient settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

ARRT (R) certification.

State license (WV).

BLS certification.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.

Proficiency with major CT platforms (GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba).

Ability to perform a full range of CT procedures including contrast studies.

Competency in patient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Ability to work independently on night shift with varying patient volumes.

Preferred Skills : Travel experience.

Experience with trauma imaging or high-volume hospital environments.
