We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal who will assist our Orlando‑based trial team with the preparation, filing, and management of complex civil matters. This includes coordinating document productions, maintaining litigation databases, drafting key pleadings, and ensuring flawless courtroom and deposition support. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented legal professional eager to grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive case files, indices, and chronologies
• Coordinate and manage document production, including review, tagging, redaction, and privilege logs
• Utilize document‑review databases and other litigation platforms for discovery and case management
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and deposition summaries
• Conduct Westlaw and other legal research to support motions and trial strategy
• Assist in electronic filing in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all rules
• Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit assembly, witness binders, and courtroom logistics
• Attend trials as needed and provide on‑site litigation support to attorneys
• Track deadlines, manage calendars, and proactively prepare for key case events
