Associate Transaction Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain pipelines and manage client rebuttals and exceptions reporting

Collaborate with Transaction Manager to develop effective processes for loan purchases and sales

Manage communication with internal and external partners for loan trade settlements and securitizations

Required Qualifications

Experience in consulting with clients and advising multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Ability to grow service offerings within existing client relationships

Prior experience in a relevant role, preferably in a Due Diligence environment

Understanding of due diligence scope of work for various mortgage loans

Knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market transactions
