Comply with Excellence : Ensure all DHS, Keystone STARS, and NAEYC guidelines are followed, maintaining the highest standards of safety and care. An Associates Degree in Early Childhood / Elementary Education or a related field is preferred. Experience : Prior experience working with toddlers is preferred. Certifications : Must obtain a physical, TB test, and Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances before your first day of employment.
