Job Title : Remote Pharmacy Technician

Schedule : Monday–Friday / 11 : 30 AM–8 : 00 PM

MUST RESIDE IN FLORDIA + BE CERTIFIED OR REGISTERED AS A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Join our dynamic pharmacy team in a remote call-center role! We are looking for Certified Pharmacy Technician OR Registered Pharmacy Technicians residing in Florida who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves managing a high volume of inbound calls, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring accurate data entry into our pharmacy systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Verify patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Actively listen to callers, clarify details, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy teams to meet patient and provider needs promptly.
• Process and enter prescription orders accurately and efficiently based on urgency.
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mary, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
