Our state-of-the-art specialty pharmacy provides medications that are often used to treat complex or rare conditions. We deliver services to enhance the patient experience within the comfort of their home. We are recruiting a Senior Pricing Analyst to provide management with the needed analysis and information to inform the organization’s pricing strategy, as well as operationalize tactical decisions to meet key goals, objectives, and pricing guarantees. This position requires flexible problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration with other departments, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and complex specialty pharmacy environment.

Job type : Full-time

Pay range : $97,135.61 - $123,850.15 annually, depending on experience.

Position Specifications :

1. Education and experience

a. Required :

i. Bachelor's degree or equivalent specializing in Finance, Business, or Data Analytics.

ii. 3-6 years’ experience in the financial field with strong understanding of key financial business principles

iii. Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.

b. Preferred :

i. Pharmaceutical background.

ii. Previous experience / exposure in the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

a. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

b. Must be able to rapidly develop proficiency and build upon new systems and tools.

c. Must be able to plan and implement projects, including adherence to sensitive timelines.

d. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of corporate finance projects and enterprise trade secrets.

e. Must be organized and inquisitive with high attention to detail.

f. Must be able to add value and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

g. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

h. Must be able to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

i. Must be able to present a professional business image and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

j. Must be able to express oneself, detect, perceive, observe, and assess information exchanged in a variety of communication methods.

3. Working Conditions

a. Work is performed in an office environment, with extensive keyboard and telephone work in a stationary position.

b. Flexible work schedule with a preference from home plus one day per week in the office.

c. Business needs may occasionally require work in excess of 40 hours per week, including work outside of the standard work week.

4. Contact with others :

a. Contact with others is both external and internal across multiple departments and stakeholders.
