Salary:
We are seeking anOperations Coordinatorto serve as a central support role for client services, front desk operations, billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle processes. This position blends administrative excellence with a heart for service and strong organizational skills. TheOperationsCoordinator ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for clients while supporting providers andmaintainingefficient, compliant business operations behind the scenes.
This role is critical to client access,providersreadiness, and the financial health of the agency.
Client OnboardingCoordination
- Coordinate with referral partners, clinicians, billing, and credentialing to ensure complete onboarding
- Conduct insurance verification and obtain authorizations asrequired
- Follow up on referrals, hospital discharges, and missing or incomplete documentation
Scheduling & EHR Management
- Enter, update, andmaintainaccurateclient, insurance, and provider data in the EHR system
- Optimizeprovider schedules to support productivity and continuity of care
- Scan, upload, andmaintainaccuratedigital documentation in client and provider records
Billing & Revenue Cycle Support
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage
- Track claim statuses, denials, and follow-up actions in coordination with billing partners
- Assistwith authorization tracking and payer requirements
- Communicate with clientsregardingbilling questions, balances, and insurance-related matters as appropriate
Provider Credentialing Support
- Assistwithinitialcredentialing and re-credentialing of providers with insurance panels
- Maintain credentialing files, CAQH profiles, licenses, and required documentation
- Track credentialing timelines, expirations, and payer communications
- Coordinate with providers and leadership to ensuretimelycredentialing and compliance

- Support operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned to support client care and agency operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a behavioral health environment
- Experience working with payer-provider relations teams on trending payer issues, as well as working cross-functionally (including credentialing, support, contracting, and account management) to improve internal workflows
- EHR experience
- Billing and/or Coding certification preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills. Must be able to work with spreadsheets.
- Expert knowledge of CPT and ICD-10coding,electronic billing isrequired.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills withabilityto create polished and streamlined reports and illustrations.
- Strong organizational, time management, multi-taskingand problem-solving skills and abilities.
- Must be highly analytical andsolutions-oriented.
- Ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
