At City Cave Spa, our mission is simple yet powerful : to give life back to humanity . We deliver this through Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and exceptional Massage experiences. We are growing, and were looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about their craft, love delivering exceptional client care, and are ready to grow within a premium wellness brand.

What Youll Do

  • Provide customized, results-driven massage services that address each clients needs and wellness goals.
  • Incorporate enhancements (cupping, aromatherapy, salt stones, CBD, etc.) to elevate every service.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of consistent massage and our full range of wellness services.
  • Encourage rebooking and wellness memberships to support long-term client results.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest care in every session.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless spa journey for every guest.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Licensed Massage Therapists (Florida) with a true passion for wellness and helping people.
  • Weekend availability is required (FridayMonday are our busiest days).
  • Training or experience in spa enhancements such as deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, and aromatherapy.
  • Strong communication and client connection skills.
  • A team player mindset professional, reliable, and focused on growth.
