Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate interest and book discovery meetings
Qualify prospects and maintain CRM hygiene for accurate data and activity logging
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or BDR role (SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting targets
Self-starter who thrives in a building environment without heavy handholding
Legally authorized to work in the US
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
