About the Team

We design, deliver and operate agile, secure, resilient and scalable foundational infrastructure for Capital One to thrive in and with the cloud. At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network.

As a Product Leader for Network Observability, you will be instrumental in enabling IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies, identify potential issues before they impact users, gain real-time visibility into network performance, and derive actionable insights for faster incident response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing downtime, and optimizing user experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Locations and ranges include :

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and / or long-term incentives (LTI).
