California Licensed Account Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote (PST).

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and serve as the main point of contact

Assist in marketing and servicing clients, including preparing renewal submissions and processing policy changes

Mentor and train Account Assistants and ensure accuracy in policy documentation and invoicing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

California Property & Casualty License

High School or Associates Degree

Experience with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic
