The Director of Creative Strategy & Ideation reports to the Sr. Director of Creative Strategy and plays a pivotal role in shaping creative strategies that align with HCA Healthcare's business and marketing goals. This role involves leading concept development, crafting creative copy, and ideating brand activations across internal and external campaigns. Collaboration, strategic thinking, and brand consistency are central to the position.

What you will do in this role :

• Lead creative concept development for diverse initiatives.
• Develop copy for marketing campaigns (brand, recruitment, reputation, etc.).
• Ideate environmental and experiential brand activations.
• Collaborate with design teams on multi-platform campaigns.
• Participate in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Use data and KPIs to inform messaging and tone.
• Pitch creative ideas to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
