What You’ll Do :
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and students in a professional, friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries as needed
Support office operations including scheduling, financial processing, and event logistics
Assist with event registration, catering coordination, and preparation of materials
Track tutor timesheets and contribute to office reporting needs
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer service mindset with a professional, welcoming presence
Nice-to-Have :
Event coordination experience (academic or professional setting)
Familiarity with financial processing and office systems
Basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop skills
