We help businesses build great relationships using podcasts and content marketing.  Rise25 is looking for a Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented Virtual Assistant to support two busy cofounders and the rest of the team.  Job Description :

  • This Virtual Assistant role is critical in helping Rise25 create successful and ROI-driven podcasts for our B2B clients.  Key Responsibilities :   Answer and filter emails from clients, referral partners, podcast guests and prospects, support the Rise25 team, and pay close attention to all details.  Manage incoming support tickets from clients and send email updates.  Coordinate appointments with our clients and prospects via Google Calendar.  Organize documents in Google Drive and create Google spreadsheets.  Attend regular check-ins and meetings with the team.
  • Manage our Gifting program to send gifts to clients, referral partners and team members Assist the episode production team when needed.  This position is location-independent and self-paced .
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone who can devote at least 20-40 or more hours per week.
  • You must be good at self-direction and taking initiative.

    • In addition, it is important to us that all of our team members are detail-oriented and meticulous; therefore, in the application form below, when it asks for your “favorite vegetable?” please fill in the word “eggplant.” Required Skills :

  • coordinate appointments with our clients and prospects via google calendar organizing documents in Google drive creating Google spreadsheets quick communication in Slack and Clickup we need someone to work US hours and follow up with people via email so we need flawless written and verbal English must have reliable Internet at home Tasks may involve booking travel, airfare, and hotels   Tasks may include research and booking of personal activities (ie researching and booking after school activities for executives’ family / children) must know how to do password sharing using password sharing software tools   Who We Are : Rise25, LLC is a company on a mission to help businesses connect with their ideal prospects, referral partners, and strategic partners using a podcast.
