Restaurant Shift Supervisor / Key Team Member

Your role will involve leading the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards in all operational areas, including product preparation, customer relations, and delivering high-quality products and services to every guest. In addition, you'll undertake various other responsibilities as required or assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess :

• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Understanding of food service regulations.
• A capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
