A company is looking for a Global Procurement Director - MRO Maintenance & Damage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO and automotive parts, ensuring competitive supplier agreements
Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize supply chains and standardize international procurement practices
Monitor supplier performance and address risks related to supply chain, labor, and costs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
10+ years of progressive procurement experience, particularly in MRO and automotive parts
Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies across fragmented supplier bases
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Solid negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management skills
