A company is looking for a Field Sales Manager to drive profitable growth within a defined geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the sales team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor Salesforce activity and provide coaching for continuous improvement
Expand agency footprint and engage new agents while serving as the primary relationship manager
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree, or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) Insurance Designations required
Minimum of 3 years managing sales processes in the Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry
Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required
Must have a valid Driver License
