What You’ll Do

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution of dishes that meet the highest quality standards
• Develop and design innovative seasonal menus featuring prime cuts, fresh seafood, and creative accompaniments
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented culinary team to deliver consistent excellence
• Maintain strict cost controls : food, labor, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Collaborate with ownership / leadership on guest experiences, special events, and long-term culinary strategy
