Job Summary :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate care to patients in our cardiology clinic under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Your role is crucial in ensuring patient well-being and facilitating excellent healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in patient assessments and contribute to their overall well-being.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Conduct laboratory tests and perform therapeutic services as required.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans, self-care after discharge, and available resources.
• Document patient encounters, including diagnoses, symptoms, and discharge instructions accurately.
• Transcribe patient orders, ensuring that all necessary tests and medications are properly recorded.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness to ensure patient safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
