[job_card.job_description]Assist Program Director with curriculum development and ACGME compliance Lead didactics, resident recruitment, and mentoring Oversee resident evaluations and program improvement initiatives Serve as Attending in inpatient rehab or outpatient neuro clinics Provide hands-on resident teaching and patient care Support a team-based, community-focused approach to rehabilitation New ACGME Program : Launched July 2022 Robust Curriculum : Emphasis on brain injury, stroke, general PM&R Team Collaboration : Dedicated Program Director, Coordinator, and faculty Mission-Driven : Rooted in service, mentorship, and educational innovation Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation At least 3 years clinical or academic experience in an ACGME setting Strong communication and mentoring skills Academic experience and scholarly activity preferred Sign-on bonus + relocation support CME stipend + protected time Defined pension plan + full malpractice coverage with tail Comprehensive health benefits

- Title : Associate Program Director, PM&R Residency
- Location : Rochester, NY
- Practice Setting : Academic + Clinical (50 / 50 split)
- Compensation : Competitive salary + administrative stipend

- Schedule : Inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, or hybrid available
- Vacation : 6 weeks annually
