A day in the life
- Set up and run Fiber and / or CO2 laser equipment with guidance from experienced teammates.
- Stage and load material safely and efficiently for production runs.
- Measure finished parts to confirm they meet dimensions and tolerances.
- Interpret work orders to understand materials, cut locations, and specs.
- Keep the shop floor, tools, and equipment in top working order.
Schedule & location
Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 am–3 : 30 pm
On-site at Hamilton, OH 45015
Compensation
Starting pay : $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days
