A day in the life

  • Set up and run Fiber and / or CO2 laser equipment with guidance from experienced teammates.
  • Stage and load material safely and efficiently for production runs.
  • Measure finished parts to confirm they meet dimensions and tolerances.
  • Interpret work orders to understand materials, cut locations, and specs.
  • Keep the shop floor, tools, and equipment in top working order.

Schedule & location

Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 am–3 : 30 pm

On-site at Hamilton, OH 45015

  • FLSA STATUS :
  • Non-Exempt

    • Compensation

    Starting pay : $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience

    $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days
