About the Role :

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet the demands of the business.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote special offers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and targets.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Passion for food and customer service excellence.
