  • Location : Canton, OH (1hr from Cleveland)
  • Monday-Friday - 8 : 00-4 : 30
  • Outpatient setting seeing 18-25 patients a day before no shows
  • Primary Care
  • Family Medicine Physician Physician will be seeing an underserved patient population
  • One doctor and 2 NP's at each site.
  • Call : 1 : 6 by Phone
  • EMR : E Clinical Works

    • Background Profile : Family Medicine Physician

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
